What addresses do we deliver to?

We deliver to all addresses Australia-wide serviced by Australia Post & specialised delivery freight partners. (Excluding PO Boxes) All deliveries are to street level only.

Do we offer click & collect?

Yes, we do offer Click & Collect from the Avara warehouse located in Melbourne VIC. You can select this option at the checkout.

When will your order be dispatched?

Once your order has been placed through the website, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Our dispatch team will pick and pack your order as soon as possible.

How long will delivery take?

We ship all orders using the Australia Post network and chosen freight partners. Delivery times are advised at the checkout after you input your delivery details.

Are your products WaterMark certified?

Yes, all eligible products carry the WaterMark accreditation.

Do your products have a WELS rating?

Yes, all eligible products carry a WELS rating.

How do pre-orders work?

Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the last due item arrives in our warehouse. We provide you with a tracking number and ETA once we’ve dispatched your order.

Please place separate orders if you need an in-stock item ASAP.

How can I submit a warranty claim?

Fill out our warranty claim form and we will review your request within 24-48 hours and offer a solution depending on the issue.

Yes, we offer the same warranty terms to trade customers as we do our retail customers.

Referral FAQs

Can I combine my referral rewards?

No, discount codes can not be combined with other discounts, sales or promotions.

I didn't get my reward for referring my friend?

  • Have a look-see in your Junk (sad) and Promotions folders - the email might be hidden in your inbox. 
  • If your friend did not click the referral link in the email they were sent you will not be attributed for the referral.

My friend's discount didn't apply?

  • Was the purchase total $250 or more? 
  • Is there a sale onsite? The referral discount is not valid in conjunction with any other sales or promotions.  
  • Did your friend click the referral link in the email they were sent? The purchase must be made following this link and on the same device as the link was clicked on in order for the discount to be applied. 
  • Here’s where it gets a little tech-y, but stick with us. If your friend is using an Apple device, have them change their Private Relay Settings. Here’s the steps: 
  • On your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, you can turn off iCloud Private Relay in Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Private Relay. 
  • On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Preferences, then click Apple ID. Select iCloud > Private Relay.
  • Then click the Referral Link again and Bob’s your uncle!

How does the Avara Refer a Friend Program work?

  1. You (Person A) head here to refer your friend (Person B) to receive $50 off their first purchase with Avara $250.
  2. You (Person A) do not need to be an existing Avara customer to refer your friends, however only new Avara customers are eligible to be referred. Therefore, Person B must not be an existing Avara customer.
  3. Person B will receive an email with a Referral Link. Person B clicks this link to make a purchase over $750 to redeem the $200 discount.
  4. The purchase must be made following this link and on the same device as the link was clicked on in order for the discount to be applied.
  5. 2 weeks post-successful referral, person A will receive confirmation their link has been used and access to their discount code for $50 off their next purchase of $250+. 
  6. Rinse and repeat.

My friend didn't get their referral link, what do I do?

  • We hate to say it - but triple-check you entered the correct email details. Happens to the best of us! 
  • Get your friend to have a squiz in their Promotions and Junk (gasp!) folders - the email may have gotten lost in their inbox. 
  • Are you sure your friend isn’t an existing Avara customer? This process will only work if this is your friend’s first purchase with us. 
  • Our referral system uses IP address data to identify unique users. Make sure you and your friend are using different devices throughout the referral process otherwise the system implodes, essentially.
