Shipping policy

We deliver to all addresses Australia-wide serviced by Australia Post & specialised delivery freight partners. All deliveries are to street level only.

Two types of delivery methods are offered at checkout for all orders within Australia - Standard Shipping (2-6 business days) and Express Shipping (1-3 business days.)

International shipping (currently only servicing New Zealand) timeframe is 4-7 business days with rural delivery addresses taking up to 10-11 business days.

We offer Click & Collect from the Avara warehouse located in Melbourne VIC. You can select this option at the checkout.

Once your order has been placed through the website, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Our dispatch team will pick and pack your order as soon as possible.
